This use to be a great bank. However, in the last year they are a shell of their old self. Everyone that was good has left to go to other banks. I called 4 times in one week needing assistance. No one answered so I left a voicemail. No one ever called me back. So then I went into the branch & wanted to tell them my frustrations but no one cared. They told me the branch manager would be in after holidays and would reach out. That was over a week ago and I haven’t heard from them yet! I will be changing banks!

Been having problems with my cards. Went to use it and all of sudden it declined and( after using the card for) says the expiration's wrong. Wrong? I asked her how something like this would happen she said I can't answer that.

Avoid this bank. Currently I am filing complaints with the Federal reserve bank against them. I deposited 2 cashier's checks that were identical. They decided to hold one for over a week in violation of banking laws. I have had a lot more issues with them, the issues are their corporate policies that appear to try to increase profitability by holding on to its customers funds for as long as possible by hook and crook. The branch is nice but the bank itself is terrible.

Ever since Truist took over, it's been a hassle doing business with this bank. Have called twice this morning, can't get a human on the phone. The wait to speak to a human is over 60 minutes. Last time I was there in person, it was by appointment only. Hey, covid is OVER, let the customers back in the building. About to pull my funds out and take them to a higher quality institution... if I can ever get my call through.
