Customer service is a very disrespectful. Just like the other comments mention. I simply ask for suggestions on what to do and get pretty much made fun of on the phone. Specifically by a lady named Cathy. I have been with SECU for over 10 years, but I switched a few months ago after selling my home and now have over 200k sitting in someone else’s bank because of how standard practice this behavior is now with the SECU across the board it seems. I use to love this place, it was my first bank. Customer service like this has ruined this entire institution if you ask me. This bank needs to remember, that isn’t their money they are renting out, it’s ours. They should start showing some more respect on the forefront like they used to, before we built them the mansions they work in now.

If I could give them less of a star I would. So they say if you deposit a check by one business day your money will be in you account its all lies we had to call to find out it won't be here till Tuesday that's 4 days to wait. We have a three month old how are the working people supposed to feed there child if they false advertise about your deposit. If it takes one business day then they need to make it one business day not 4. So I would not use this bank use Wells Fargo or wood forest atleast they don't lie aboit your deposits
