- CWClifton WyantJan 2, 20261.0This location was great…. Until I moved to the Wilmington area. No contact..of any sort. If they called, no voicemail. You expect me to call you back? My phone doesn’t know it’s you.. Letter sent out? Never received on my end. Address still the same? Yep!!!! Had since I’ve been in the Wilmington area. I went to the local branch and met with the Branch Manager. Super nice guy. What can I say about y’all’s? I only know 2 people there, and I believe one may have retired by now. The main question is, would I recommend this bank/credit union? Only if you plan to stay local. If you plan to move where another one is… even if the same name, close your account. It will make your life so much easier
