- JRJemma Reed5 days ago1.0Kim Johnson and her staff are extremely rude. They have no intention in making this bank a safe or welcoming environment for queer people. When making deposits I was always met with hostile, hateful energy. I never asked any employee at this branch to call me by my chosen name, a name which they were well aware of. Rather than using no name at all, they chose to use my legal name because it quote "went against their religion". An employee spoke up about my mistreatment in a meeting and they weaponized policy against her, forcing her to quit. That wasn't very Christlike of them. This isn't a privately owned bank, and rather than upholding company values, Kim Johnson is set on running off anyone who doesn't meet her Christian criteria. In other words, some people just aren't good enough to use this bank. I genuinely hope no customer gets treated the same way I was treated.
