Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe my experience... Today was the first time and hopefully the last time I have to go inside. The woman who assisted me didn't seem to know what she was doing at all and misunderstood practically everything I said. Terrible service.

Just a bunch of incompetent people, went to get my son account unlocked and they said he needed 2 forms of ID and his social security doesn’t count. And said there was nothing they could do. We left and called the number provided and the representative said the social security definitely would have counted as a second form of identification. She sent us a text message with a link to scan his drivers license and that’s all it took and it was under 10 minutes. Account free. Definitely will not go back to that branch again

I stopped by today to see about ordering boxes of coins from this branch. I was shocked to be told they only do that for business accounts and that they charge a small fee. The fact that I have ordered boxes of coins from multiple Truist branches in 3 states and have never been told anything other than no problem blew me away and no fees. It seemed to me that they didn't want to be bothered with this request even when I told them I currently order $1k to $3k at a time from a different branch. The only reason I asked the Mt.Holly branch is the company I work for is moving close to that branch. The whole exchange seemed unprofessional from the way they talked, dismissing my question about whether it is bank or branch policy not to order coins(boxes) for customers and their attire. I won't be going to that branch for any services. It's a night and day difference from the Denver, NC branch and others.
