Horrible rates and total rip off!! Go somewhere else!!! Worker doesn’t answer phone, took 25 minutes for a $100 transaction, hours doesn’t match online and apparently they extended hours and didn’t tell anyone your employees have been throwing you guys under the bus!!! Please get this sorted out ASAP or you will not get anymore business!!!

Avoid this place unless you're desperate. The rates here are terrible, and the fees are outrageous. It's the only place I've ever seen where the EUR is significantly weaker than the USD, and it's honestly unfair how low the EUR is valued. It's a total rip-off.

Slow and unsure, not words you want associated with handling your money. Went to RDU on a quiet afternoon, 3pm first customer of the day. I get you need to train people but a very slow unsure trainee should supervised, but the manager was taking personal calls. 14 minutes for one transaction that takes 2 minutes in any other airport. Just cash out elsewhere.

Best to go to an ATM or bank instead of here if you can. Here the exchange rates and fees are so bad that I was certain that the calculation was wrong. Turns out you should expect to pay a fixed fee of $9 and a premium of 13%+ over market exchange rates. Wish the attendant had taken a just a few minutes to go over the calculation instead of being impatient / insulting. His demeanor really caused unneeded acrimony. Anyway, lesson learned. Will steer clear in the future.
