Do not bank with these people! They are currently holding my 90-year-old grandmother's money hostage. She does not drive, she does not go out very much. Because she's 90. Her ID is expired. We also bank with State employees credit Union. They use her expired ID for literally everything. They have never given us a problem about it. Truest will not allow her to withdraw any of her money, they will not allow her to get a cashier's check, they will not allow her to close her account. They refuse to give her any of her money. Keep in mind, she also had her debit card and was able to provide her pin number . She also had her social security card with her. And to add insult to injury, it is Christmas Eve. She wanted to get money out to do some nice things for herself and her family for Christmas. Now she will be getting and doing nothing. These people are horrible. All they care about is their bottom line. They do not care about their clients, even the ones that have been banking with them for decades. This bank is about greed and selfishness.

Made an appointment to get on my husband’s bank account and figure out my new car loan. Ian was very nice, professional, and helpful! In and out really quickly and he explained everything in detail for me to understand. Clean environment and nice inside and outside.

I came here for the first time about a year ago. I went into the bank and Regino Vera helped me. Every since that he has helped with my accounts and went above and beyond for me. I really do appreciate his efforts and how genuinely nice he has been to me. He’s a great person and a great employee.
