I have requested to withdrawal cash out of my saving account and after waiting 30 minutes, they refused to give me any money and they told me to stop by the next day because they want to verify me. I have provided them with my ID and two other debt and credit cards and answered all their security questions and also logged in on my TD app and transferred money from my checking to my savings In front of them and despite all of this, they don’t have enough information to verify my identity. And then I requested a cashier check instead of the cash and they still refused my request. This was the most unprofessional bank experience I have ever seen. Zero stars or better yet negative 5 stars.

Additionally, they a bunch of suckers at the front desk which are always hella good after setting up a savings account or cashing a check.
