- EVErik VinsonAug 5, 20251.0(THIS REVIEW IS FOR NCSECU AS A WHOLE, NOT THIS BRANCH) I've been with the credit union since I turned 16 in 1986. It was a great institution for so many years. Always there to help when I needed them. However, in the past few years, this place has really gone down hill. Not sure if it's because people, in general, just don't care anymore or, if it's just their policies have changed. Either way, their lack of attention to what you tell them wreaks of lethargic tendencies. After 39 years, it's time to switch to another bank that cares about, and actually listens, to their customers.
