- APAaron PittsAug 25, 20231.0I set up a traditional IRA with Myron and for 5 months none of the monthly deposits were appearing on my account. When I had a call with Myron to discuss this he simply told me "I don't know, I wish you had been checking your account since April." He insisted I take responsibility of the account showing the incorrect value. I continued to ask him other questions about my account (I had a lone single account that I did not intend to open with 30 cents sitting inside of it and addressed the mislabeling of another account). Once I realized I was not going to get concrete answers from Myron, I immediately decided to move my accounts. I then told him that I was going to transfer the accounts soon to another bank. Myron began to treat me with a condescending tone and mocked my reasons for wishing my money was in a different location.
