  I've been banking with Wells Fargo in Morehead for many years. Never had any problems what so ever. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I know most on a first name basis. What people have to realize in todays society it's hard to keep a full staff all the time. Owning several businesses it's been a constant problem and has nothing to do with how much they are getting paid. A large percentage of the last few generations simply don't won't to work or make an effort to learn and advance. Banking regulations and guidelines have changed considerably over the last couple of decades. The staff in many cases have no individual control over what you may personally want or be asking for. Of course I've had to stand in line several times like everyone else and it's not just at a bank, it's everywhere you may do business with. I haven't seen any discrimination at WF based on race, gender or anything else and frequent the bank usually on a weekly basis. Take into consideration your own attitude, integrity and patience. You'll find the staff to be as professional, prompt and courteous as they can possibly be. WF didn't get to be one of the oldest financial institutions in the US without effort and proper structure.

  It takes forever to get waited on inside. You have to stand in line the longest time ever. And usually there is only 1 or 2 tellers opened to wait on people inside

  Cannot get a medallion signature at this location any longer. Larger banking establishments should have more services. Apparently that isn't true any more.

  Just. Don't. As you can see via the multiple 1 star reviews, this branch is a non option whether it is because the ATM is not functioning, and that happens A LOT, or they keep you waiting for scheduled appointments then blow you off, the level of "we just don't care" is at critical mass. They clearly have no intention of alleviating these issues, so my advice...GO ELSEWHERE. You are very welcome.

  After waiting for my scheduled appointment that I had to make. I was asked to reschedule my appointment because they were backed up. All the time I can only assume the manager is walking around in general conversation with people. Why was she not taking up the slack. I will never do business with this bank.
