I’d like to recognize Jennifer for the outstanding assistance she provided to my elderly parents on Monday, October 6, 2025. We needed to complete some account updates, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. My parents have mobility challenges, and Jennifer was incredibly accommodating, ensuring they were comfortable and able to sign the necessary paperwork without difficulty. On top of that, she reviewed their accounts and recommended a money market option that was better suited to their needs, taking the initiative to make those adjustments right away. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a stressful process much easier for our family. We are so grateful for her help!

I am beginning my exit from Truist today. Following a banking relationship with BB&T/Truist for over 20 years, it is clear that I can get better service, communication and lower fees from other banks in the area. Trying to get service over the phone is extremely frustrating. During banking hours I was ultimately transferred to a customer service employee in the Phillipines. There is clearly no incentive to stay with Truist. They are actually offering a $400 incentive for new customers to open a checking account. requiring that you maintain a certain balance for approximately 60 days. This program in a slap in the face for existing customers. It reminds me of poor marketing decisions made by other companies recently, not having a good understanding of and disregard for long standing customers that have been part of the companies growth. Returning to being customer driven is a path that Truist need to rediscover.
