This place is disgusting and unacceptable when it comes to their customer service. Why is it that when a brown or yellow skinned individual (regardless if you have an acct or not, they don’t care)come into this place, it is a different treatment than what the typical white skinned person receives? You care so much to verify checks for black people, hispanic people, etc., but give excellent and speedy services to the white person. Standing in line, waiting my turn, this was witnessed with multiple individuals. Also, why is there only white people employed here? The systemic racism is showing for real.
