Brutally obvious customers are a nuisance, and there is no intention to offer any value to the customer experience. The woman we attempted to work with was rude, condescending, arrogant, and dismissive. When I shared the fraud department told us to go to nearest branch and advise associate. to call them, she refused. She proceeded to tell us what WF would not do. Fine. Will close all accounts and move to different financial institution. To Wells Fargo: NOT interested in your canned response that shows your company is more concerned with getting good reviews or improving existing reviews

People depend on their banks to finance their lives and their businesses. It may not matter to the bank or it's employees if they vanish someones account into the ether and hold the money they depend on hostage for weeks, but to an interracial couple starting a small business your actions are detrimental to everything we've worked so hard for. You have hurt our business and you don't even pretend to care. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
