I realized I was getting fees on a certain account and went to switch over. When I asked if I would receive another fee since I was there to fix the issue, they didn’t even give me the decency and respect of a phone call they emailed me to let me know I would received the final fee. I had never asked for a fee to be taken away in 12 years. When I asked for this to be waved because I was fixing the issue. The email stated no. When I went to close my accounts. Not one manager/ or person tried to stop. I wasn’t asked why, I wasn’t really made eye contact with. The teller was nice and apologized but the manger and the other staff didn’t speak to me or ask why I was leaving.
