Truist moving the bank to this location and staff changes was a mistake. The bank location is difficult to get in and out. The drive through has no window to view staff, but but you communicate with them through screens. Several times I have utilized this location for drive through, there has been extended waits when there is only 1 or 2 cars being served. There are a few staff that have been rude. I have attempted to use this ATM for cash at least 5 times, and the system is down every time necessitating me to travel to another location. If this was my only Truist bank option I would be changing banks. I will not be utilizing this bank in the future.

I have to use this bank quite frequently. While I’ve never had any of them be rude to me directly, there is one employee in particular that is ALWAYS in a sour mood. A semi scowl is a permanent feature on her face, and I’ve never once heard her have anything pleasant to say to any of the other employees. She is ESPECIALLY nasty to one woman in particular behind the counter, and the poor woman appears to me to be hearing impaired. It feels really gross. The one person with a disability that might not be able to work quite as quickly as the rest of them, is catching flack, quite literally EVERY time I have the displeasure of going inside when they’re both working together. It’s a shame, because the one guy, and the rest of the ladies seem so friendly and tactful. I’ve also certainly heard gossipy trash talk about their customers moment they’re out of earshot, and reading the other reviews, it seems like that’s a fairly common occurrence. I feel bad for the poor girl getting dogged on, and I have no idea how the other woman still has a job. Most likely because the management is well aware, and absolutely doesn’t care. It’s a pity that I have to leave sad every time, because I have to listen to an adult bully take her frustration out on a girl with a hearing disability because this low empathy woman can’t quite regulate her emotions to an acceptable customer service level.

🚫⛔🚫⛔🚫I personally dont have an account with this bank but my wife and children do. I've been advising my wife to leave for years. I guess their security system is not up to standards or something. At least 4 times a year there is fraudulent activity on 1-3 of the 5 accounts that my family has. A fraudulent transaction for tens of thousands of dollars was passed thru one of the accounts in a state that my child has never been to. Now they tell us they are closing his account and and not allowing another account to be open in his name. Why are we being punished for their lack of provision? These are college students, NOT SCAMMERS. Members for approximately 8 years. This is how customers are treated?? I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BANK!!!🚫🚫🚫
