Worst bank in Mooresville. Always long waits and unfriendly service once they get around to you. Go elsewhere!

I’ve been banking with Truist for a couple of years and avoid this branch when possible. Always understaffed and the wait times are consistently reflective.

I don’t know what it is about Truist, they are just obsessed with finding ways to make every single transaction more difficult than it needs to be. I signed up for a new business account, there is no way to login or get my information to create my login for online access, no way to get a debit card or credit card for 8-10 days or however long it takes for the mail to come, only automated systems online that can’t assist. Supremely frustrating.

Customer service inside bank very slow. No one acknowledges customers waiting. Miss my BB&T!

Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks. You can open your new account any way you want. (Note that Truist CDs can only be opened at a branch.)

Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP. Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
