A not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its members, SECU has been providing employees of the State of North Carolina and their families with consumer financial services for over 80 years.
Hello everyone that reads this, thumbs up to SECU. It's the first bank that I've seen with a public restroom.

I’ve been a banker with this branch specifically for the last 5 years+ (since I was a literal child). The lady at the desk yesterday was absolutely atrocious, she needs to go! I’ve never in my entire life ever been denied service at a bank before, especially not when I have waiting my turn in the vehicle cue like everyone else. She had black hair and is a little heavy set, I will be back next week many days until I find her name and am able to contact a supervisor/manager. The way she even spoke to me was disrespectful from a bank teller. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL BRANCH - DO NOT GO HERE!!!

With their very low Money Market rates you would think they would try and provide better customer service, but no.
Went in today to cash a check and the teller asked “What kind of bills would you like?” We replied “$10s and $5s”. The teller’s reply? “I only have two $10s”
YOU ARE A BANK!!!!!
SECU has turned away from a MEMBER BASED Credit Union into an employment agency whose main concern is employing those with like minded views.
Gone are the days of assisting low earning state employees.
Sad what they have become.
