From rude service, being lied to, less than wonderful withdrawal and deposit habits, randomly freezing and closing accounts with no warning and paper thin reasons. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Not for Business or Personal. I took my business to Chase and even PNC.

I approached my banker “friend” and she smiled saying there was nothing she could do. She manipulated my trust for money. Boo first citizens.
