On the banker side, they really stand out from the rest by making me feel like they care about my business and try to be accommodating. In a time of mostly feeling like just a number with so many businesses I interact with, these folks are an exception.

They continue to close branches in the Charlotte area. I would definitely recommend looking for another bank and I've been banking with his bank for almost 20 years. Their middle name should be called fees
