I'm a week old new customer, and this branch, especially, has absolutely convinced me to pull all of my accounts. And never use this institution again. First, they took my money and then said they needed to identify who I was before I could create an account. Now, once my card arrives and I try and set it up in their app, it comes up as invalid, Won't let me sit a pin or anything. So we have to call them to activate the account and set it up. ... now, when you try and change the pin, it says, you need to enter the current pin. But the bank did not ever notify me they set a pin, I was not able to set a pin, and apparently they were supposed to send me out a letter with my debit card of what the temporary pin was. They confirmed they never even bothered to send that letter out. So now I have a debit card that I can't use, because they set the pin.And now I can't change the bin without them Telling me what the pin was in the first place. Not to mention this institution wanted access to my payroll information, and they personally wanted to access my company's payroll system. So they could set up direct deposit themselves. That is a complete security problem. Not to mention I can do that myself.I don't need you screwing up more than you already did. You call the branch and explain to them the pin. Oh, there's nothing we can do.You need to call the number on the back of your card. No crap, captain obvious, but y'all don't want to help. Y'all just want to make interest off my money and say screw another customer.

Charlene McClendon, the senior bank loan officer at the Truist bank location by monroe mall is outstanding! Her customer service was superb. She went out of her way to help me. She took that extra time and care to help me out with me getting a paid off loan letter for me to get my car title. Highly recommend!
