I understand and respect that an institution such as a bank has protocol and protective measures in place, for both the branch, its members, and outsiders. It is truly the employees who make a company. To the only two employees at this location that fully understand the value of customer care... Kerry and Teri, A BIG THANK YOU! This would be a stellar 5 Star Rating if it were these two running the place are both always a pleasure, greeting all of the customers with a smile and going above and beyond. Truist is lucky to have you both on the team.
