Terrible customer service. I went in to get my licensure application notarized. The notary Natalie tried to accuse me of having a fake ID. I could understand her trying to be cautious if I was handling money, but I wasn’t and the reason for her saying I had a fake ID was because she said the ID was thinner than IDs they made six years ago, it was completely ridiculous. Luckily for me I bank with another bank but I feel sorry for people who do not bang with another bank and she’s not trying to notarize their paperwork.
