They are so rude here. They ask a bunch of questions make you seem like a criminal. Today I tried to deposit my check from my job and Shakira was very rude about the situation. Will never come back to this branch. Very unprofessional!!

I am writing this review because today I was next to the last car in line and when that car pulled off and I pulled up to the teller closed down the blind at the window yeah granite it was like 5:35 PM, but they could’ve took me or gave me warning that there was closing They did nothing except for close that window down and left me sitting out there

This bank atm sucks. The staff are rude after 4:00 pm so I try to use the atm before I have to be at work at 5:00 am or I use it around 4:30 pm. Most of the time it is out of service. I’m glad I have direct deposit but tips are in cash so I have to use the atm like to day 3-14-2022. With gas prices like they are I can’t drive all over just to use an atm.
