  Do not waste your time with this bank. I couldn’t cash a check with mine and my husbands name on the check and then instead of asking for him to come to show his ID I was asked why if I was married that me and my husband don’t have a joint account. He had previously left the same bank because of issues he’d had. I have never felt as much of an innocence to a place as I have to my own bank. After the comment about why I don’t share an account with my husband I changed banks that day. Then after changing I asked them to close the account and was still charged numerous overdraft fees from them letting an autopay amount through after the account was closed. Do not waste your time there are plenty of great banks that treat their customers with respect within a few minutes down the road.

  I cannot even count the number of times that our staff members have came by, in an attempt to make a deposit for the company, and the ATM has been out of service, thus causing them to either have to drive out of their way to the ATM in Indian Trail or hold onto the money overnight, depending upon how late; both of which are a major safety hazard! 😒 This happened once again last night, and is completely unacceptable! --- This Bank is operated in such a Horrible manner! --- We have tried to overlook the constant issues we have encountered, but enough is enough, and I can't expect my managers, or for any employee, to put their lives in danger while simply trying to put large sums of cash into [multiple] ATMs late at night, because robberies do happen ALL the time!!!! There were numerous other negative reviews posted on here, but the bank has apparently, had them deleted instead of taking heed to their complaints, and taking the necessary steps to fix their many issues. -- This is not good business practice!! -- Please DO NOT UTILIZE THIS BANK, Just Don't....

  If you need a check cashed and you are a black person DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!!!!! Because I literally went here today they literally had me sitting in the line to cash my check just to verify with my boss (which is my UNCLE) actually knew I was cashing the check (which he did BECAUSE HE SIGNED IT) …. & then they still didn’t cash it because the dollar amount was TOO BIG ! I never had a problem with this bank until they started switching out all the old people and putting new ones in! If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!!!!!!
