- FRFrancheska RobinsonSep 2, 20251.0I stopped by today too withdraw 25.00 out my account at the window I waited almost 30 mins just for the teller too give me an envelope with 2.500 dollars out my account I asked her why she took that much out when I simply wrote down 25.00 she preceded too tell me if my account was and the red she wouldn’t gave it to me ????? I didn’t have time to get her name only cause I was and a rush to an important business meeting. I told her to put my money back and my account and give me what I wrote down on the slip she again told me the computer did the work . I have been banking with first citizen bank for years and has never had a problem ! She needs too be fired for discrimination or just wrote up she needs too learn that there are some successful African Americans and this world that actually work for there money .
