I went to open an account at this location and they tried to say my check was fraud. I proved it wasn't( was a GWE payment from Tribe) this was in September when I tried to open account, I just finally got my money back from Truist the other day in the middle of December. Was an absolute nightmare. This location does not answer phones very well either. And I could not get the branch manager to talk with me either. Hell it seems like he is not there most of the time.

Looking for rates on a loan. I tried to do it online, there was no information available. I finally found their customer service line, only to have to call 7 times for the stupid automated system to put me through, then they just hung up. Didn't even answer. I called the local branch and she told me she was not "experienced" in loans and couldn't answer the simple question of what are your rates or do you do a soft pull or hard pull to give me rates. Then she proceeded to tell me I had to come in person to get any type of information. Not a great way to start a business relationship. I will be taking my business elsewhere... byeeeeeee!

DONT WASTE YOU TIME!!!! I came to Truist because I needed to move from a credit union to a major bank. I did my research of all the major banks and on paper truist was at the top. When I came into the bank with my wife to open multiple accounts, they didn’t want to help us and tried to insist that we do everything online and acted like it would be a major inconvenience to have to fill out paperwork work. We insisted that we didn’t want to do it online, being our first time joining a major bank.i don’t remember the lady’s name but she is apparently the only person that can do this kind of work at your branch. Well here 2.5 month later, after making it very clear what debit cards we NEEDED, I’m trying to get ahold of corporate just to have them ordered. I should have checked the actual bank reviews because signing up, needless to say I’ll be taking my money anywhere else. The icing on the cake, the manager Eric, when he heard that I called corporate, he’s whole tone switch from “apologetic” to “aggressive.” I see why there’s so many complaints about customer service here, they don’t care about their customers at all. Customer shouldn’t have to make hour long phone calls, take time out of their day, or even have to worry about if their bank is going to do the things a customer requests…. That is provided by the bank.

One of the good banks with convenient services and a wide range of options. However, during peak hours, there can be long lines, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service is high-quality, but it's important to consider waiting times at certain moments.

Messed things up by putting the deposit into a wrong account. It takes time to go back and correct it and for the balance to transfer to the right account.
