I am no longer a customer. If I have to go across town to get to your closest branch to me then I will chose any number of banks in that same area and that is what my family did and many others in my area have done and are doing. This is how you lose customers. Hint: ALL businesses and jobs are "essential".

The banker Kaitlynn was very friendly and helpful and really just made me feel like I had traveled back in time to when customer service really mattered. This branch had a really personable and genuinly friendly feel to it. The tellers were very friendly and smiling even the ones I didn't ha e contact with. Too bad I live so far away or this would be where I do all of my business. Thanks ladies for the great experience! Rona
