- KMKevin MJan 4, 20244.0Scott, Branch Manager is professional and helpful. He will listen and provide great service. Hopefully, you never have to deal with the call-center that’s located in India. You can call multiple times on an issue within the same day and concurrent days and get different answers. It seems they just want to rush to get off the phone.

He greeted me with professionalism and a genuine kindness that you don’t see anywhere these days, he addressed my concerns as if they were his own, and made sure that all areas of concern were addressed. He was charming, polite and very efficient in solving my issues. He went an extra step and walked me to the ATM to make me feel comfortable which meant the world to me. I feel as I have a personal/ relationship banker I trust and most of all a new friend. Thanks Shane you were awesome !!!! I wish they were more people like you
