If you want terrible customer service, and like talking AI bots, people in India, and getting a new debit card every few months because of fraudulent activity. This is the bank for you.

We needed a lease with Southwestern Energy notarized. The bank refused to do it for two reasons: 1. This was not bank related 2. The lease needed witnesses plus a notary. They don’t witness documents.
First I would like to say a notary is a witness and second, where do you think that money from the lease is going. In this bank. But I’ve changed my mind. The money will go to another bank.
Terrible service.

This branch lied to me about closing an account down. Then hit me with Low balance fees and overdraft fees due to the low balance fees. Back to back and repeatedly. When called to confront the branch that they still haven't closed said account. I was told it would be done. Months later still not closed, fees keep going up. I then called the 1-800 customer service line they told me they would make the correction and apologized. That correction never happened. Then i seen that account finally disappear off my Truit app, thought they finally corrected and close it. Then bam I'm hit with a transaction of 230.22 because of the balance due to them. This was completely their error to fix. But NO I suffered the repercussions from their issues and lies. I expect resolution immediately! You can't steal from someone when it's your company's fault.
