- BBBreezy briefs with BrookeFeb 17, 20251.0Worst bank this side of the Mississippi! The women that work in here,are blatant thieves, I have financial records of over 57 incidences that they held cash deposits to send my account in to overdraft to collect fees, but not only that, they stole money blatantly out of my account, and it was never received by businesses. When reaching out to these businesses to figure out why My Account was in the negative with them,I was informed that they never received the money from first citizens, when checking with first citizens, they claim they paid the money. Needless to say one incident alone cost me over $80, now times that by 57 over 4 year period of time …when trying to talk to the bank staff about these instances, they were completely incompetent and unable to answer questions or fix any problems. Matter of fact , they cussed at me and told me to leave because I said “ you stole from me “ The gaslighting was unreal from ppl who robbed me for years. Love how new cars pop up every few months at this location too. Your welcome bish And just to be clear, it should not take any longer than a few hours for cash to clear, but yet it could take up to two weeks for cash to clear for me at this location 💯 Modern scam artist

When asking for change they ask you what it is for and try and charge you for it if your reason isn't satisfactory to them, even if you are an account holder. They refused to issue me a cashier's check after I gave them the payee's agency and they cited bank policy as the reason for refusal. I cannot conduct what I presupposed was basic banking business at this branch due to overly zealous policy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is by virtue of the exceptionally friendly staff, and that I am able to pay bills from this account and deposits typically go through the same day. If you typically use online banking and just need to deposit, withdrawal, and write checks they are an OK bank; If you need anything more, however, your experience may vary depending on if their policy agrees with your reasons for wanting aforementioned change and/or cashier's check.
