- CHCodey & Anna HesterJul 19, 20181.0ATM tried to jip me out of 20 dollars. And bank is In the worst possible location. Small parking lot and crowd road getting into the bad side of town. I pulled into a parking spot after going the atm and some man on a bike pulls in next to my car blocking me in wanting me to role down the window, saying "what you got there?" Within one minute of me being in the parking spot. He was watching people at the ATM waiting for his chance to get some money.
