I have worked in customer service for 30 years and would never just shrug a customer off. What should of happened was her ignorance and no ability to be of help is simply inexcusable. Maybe someone needs to be demoted and sent to training.

When I first opened my account I flat out told them 3 times...I DO NOT WANT over draft protection...it is a flat out RIP off and the quickest way possible to dig yourself in a hole. Somehow it got turned back on...or so they say and now I have a balance of -$220. When i ask why they said it is a 36 dollar charge everytime something tries to come out. They refuse to refund my money for something I made extremely clear I did not want and was flat out their fault. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CROOKS!!!
