The line didn't move for over 15 minutes because Teller 1 decided Teller 2 needed her to look over her shoulder for several minutes and provide absolutely no help, thus making the rest of us sit there twiddling our thumbs. No apology for the wait, and nearly everyone in line was starting to get annoyed. Most of us coming during the lunch hour are on limited time. We get that you're busy, but this wasn't a wait due to being busy. This was a wait due to being completely uncaring that your clientele have things to do, too, and an inability to prioritize your work tasks. Do us all a favor and learn to prioritize, or at least acknowledge the time we spend (read: waste) waiting for you to get your act together. In the meantime, I'll stick with a different branch.
