  To The Bank Manager: You need to train one of your tellers to be more competent and polite with your customers. I came there 15 minutes til closing and one of your tellers, Ms. Vasquez gave me a hard time to do a basic thing which is to request a simple Cash Advance transfer from debit card to my checking account at FCB. Ms. Vasquez couldn't do it because she claimed my debit is a Mastercard and it's not allowed. This isn't true because I've done the Cash Advance request two and a half weeks in early Feb from another Bank Teller who knew what she was doing. Ms. Vasquez obviously didn't. I told Ms. Vasquez this was done with no problem before. Ms. Vasquez didn't believe me. She claimed she dealt with this request today with 4 customers with their Mastercard. It was quite obvious she was the problem. So she told me to go the ATM by the drive thru and withdraw it. I also asked Ms. Vasquez if it was possible to make an appointment to speak to a bank manager. I didn't feel comfortable giving her the details of the issue because she's incapable of resolving it. A I wanted was a cash advance request from my payroll debit account to my checking account. Simple -- plain and simple. I need that check to pay my bills and your teller made it difficult on purpose. Ms. Vasquez's poisonous attitude is a thorn to the functioning order of this branch. Her incompetence and vile behavior has sabotaged my needs to get my check processed. Perhaps if I were a woman, maybe I would've been treated differently from her viewpoint. I believe her misconduct should be reprimanded in the matter of this case. I want to very clear that I am your customer, and I matter as well as yours. I've been diplomatically respectful to your branch and I am angry to see and feel my respect has been requited with callous discourtesy. We'll see if I get a phone call about my appointment next week if the memo hasn't been thrown in the trashcan already.
