I also wish there was a way to post a below 0 star for this bank, the so called loan office acted like when we first went in we were bothering her, should've walked out right then but I try to give folks the benefit of doubt (what a mistake) I was told after applying that I was approved for a refinance home loan, never received any communication from loan officer and if I did it was after calling multiple times emailing and leaving messages, only time I ever talked to her was when I actually caught her at work. Then after I called again she gave me the underwriters excuse of not approving, never allowing me to explain that I have several other sources of income to prove my ability to more than pay the loan (I'm paying it now) after I tried explaining that I'd be happy to sit down and go over my complex financial income and any liabilities owning (2) companies (2) homes and a commercial property she said she'd speak with underwriter and call me back, that was a total LIE never received a call. I received a Non-Reply email denial, what a joke, don't even waste your time dealing with this MOST incompetent person or the bank itself. Save yourself some time and start somewhere else!!!! You'll be glad you did!!!

Just had a horrible experience in the drive through. I go to this location every month to pay my mortgage and this time I needed just a little cash back…. when I told her I needed it from my bill account I quickly corrected myself and said I’m sorry I meant the joint account and as I was saying that she kept interrupting me very rudely saying they don’t see labels on accounts which is why I told her I know that is why I told you the joint account and she gave me a bad attitude and kept interrupting me every time I was trying to talk… After all is said and done I told her what I needed total out of the account and she never gave me my cash back and only did the mortgage payment… it was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, usually it’s easy but this time that woman was very rude. if she was just having a bad day that is still no way to treat a customer trying to get some banking things done.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.. I am a former client with this bank and came to get another car loan and was denied because “higher up” said no.. Feel like it was no as soon as I walked in.. I went to Truliant Federal Credit Union, they are amazing. Great credit cards options and a variety of ways to help you improve your credit score while getting approved for a loan. It worked out anyway.
