Easily accessible, clean, friendly and knowledgeable people. I've been banking here for over 25 years.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I have been with the State Employees Credit Union for over a decade. I've had plenty of money for many years and when the service started going downhill I took all my money out. Why should I leave my money in if I'm going to be treated like crap. So today I received a check from my mom which I have received many checks from my mom before, just not from her new account. I did a mobile deposit yesterday just to find out today that it was reversed by this branch. I called and talked to Christy who said she was not sure why it was reversed but the person who was reversing it was told by the branch manager AKA Allison to reverse it. Well she said she would call me back with the reason it was reversed and that has not happened. So I went to the branch in Fayetteville and I deposited it because they refused to cash it even though I have been a customer for many years and never cashed a bad check. So this is it for me. As soon as my loan is paid off in just a couple of months I am closing everything. I am so done. I'm pretty sure the bank has made more than the amount of the check off of me over the years. I don't need to have that kind of money in my account to cover a check that is good. I'm going elsewhere I'm not going to be treated like crap.

Banked here for about 20 years.. never really had much money but I have been comfortable. I had an issue and thought this would be an easy fix. Instead it was suggested by the bank's representative that I take my money from the account.. and so I did just that.. all but one penny. They just lost a good 6 digits
