They handle several different accounts from personal, business and construction for my family and myself. Everyone is eager to assistant and if they aren't able they are pointing us in the right direction to someone that can. From Ann's smiling face when we enter and patiences because I can only remember one account number and Lisa's promptness to handle our needs with grace( we ask for a lot at times) , Did I mention they know us by name which is refreshing. If I could give more stars I would. I dont see why more people don't chose a local first bank for there needs.
- WWWayne WelbornAug 25, 20251.0If you want to have to go back to the bank 3 or 4 times to get something that should be able to be done in 1 trip...this is the bank you want...it has severely gone down hill since Jamie Smith left and the other girl that knows what she is doing wasn't there today....and the supposed bank manager had no clue what she was doing.
