I went inside to cash my check and when I went in there was only one guy ahead of me that was being held and I was next in line. So I've been waiting there only about 2 minutes and then a blonde hair lady who was working the drive-thru came over and proceeded to assist me. This lady came to me greeted me with a smile on her face Hi how are you sir how may I help you and looked at my check and said there may be a fee associated with this I said I am aware of that she said okay I'll be right back. She was gone maybe a minute came back had my money handed it to me had a smile on her face and thank you so much sir here you go You're all set to go have a great day stay warm outside! That's customer service That's how you do it that's all people want she was absolutely amazing blonde hair lady I don't know her name but kudos to her.
