- DHDe HrsamDec 29, 20252.0This place never has any large amount of bills for a larger amount bill exchange. Come at 330 and get told whoever runs the vault isn’t here so I can’t exchange bills. I’ve never had an issue with a bill exchange at any bank I’ve ever banked with except for Truliant. Need a change of policy or tellers need to have 50s and 100s in their drawers accessible. That practice is beyond me. When I banked with SECU I NEVER had an issue but they merged with Civic unfortunately.

Interest was astronomical and I was literally taking one step forward and two steps back making payments. I reached out to Truliant and Lisa and the rest of the staff were amazing. The process was effortless and very quick. They helped me with every thing I had a question about, every step of the way. Amazing experience! I’ve never had such good care taken of me at a bank. They truly do care! Highly recommend!
