Living south of Charlotte and my eldest daughter living in Durham this was a direct "meet in the middle" location for us. We needed to use the counter to cash a deposit, cash a check and put the funds in her account. Our teller was extremely friendly and absolutely customer service centric. After this I needed to gift a vehicle to my daughter with title in hand. William Verrault was pleased to help us. He provided exceptional customer service and direction on how to complete our forms correctly. William being as friendly, customer service centric and as knowledgeable as he was could certainly explain the excellent service given by branch staff who seed genuine pleased to provide excellent service to customers, not just my daughter and I but, I watched as 4-5 customers were served ahead of us by no less than 3 staff members. William also took the time to explain the services he could offer to myself and my daughter knowing we both lived and hour and a half away. He specifically mentioned if we had any questions at all about anything financial related that Truist offered, we could call him to be connected to the right person locally or to call or come see him anytime we wished. What a great, easy, pleasant experience "at a bank none the less" following a 1.5hr drive for each party. I highly recommend this Truist branch, the staff and especially William Verrault.
