- JSJim StroudJul 1, 20241.0Slow, slow, slow. Only 1 teller... Also this branch is in a terrible location to access and leave. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 10 min and the line didn't move. I then parked and went inside and there were 3 people in line there. So I left, then came back an hour later. Teller told me at the drive thru, it's going to be several min. because there were others in front of me inside....i switched to Truist, BB&T at the time, due it being a convenient location in Lewsiville. Why keep this branch open, if you can't staff it adequately? It's always slow and understaffed. I'll do my banking elsewhere and online.
