Slow, slow, slow. Only 1 teller... Also this branch is in a terrible location to access and leave. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 10 min and the line didn't move. I then parked and went inside and there were 3 people in line there. So I left, then came back an hour later. Teller told me at the drive thru, it's going to be several min. because there were others in front of me inside....i switched to Truist, BB&T at the time, due it being a convenient location in Lewsiville. Why keep this branch open, if you can't staff it adequately? It's always slow and understaffed. I'll do my banking elsewhere and online.

There is zero customer service for anyone under the age of 40 or even if you look young. Also the rates and fees of everything, your better off banking with literally anyone else.
