Slow, slow, slow. Only 1 teller... Also this branch is in a terrible location to access and leave. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 10 min and the line didn't move. I then parked and went inside and there were 3 people in line there. So I left, then came back an hour later. Teller told me at the drive thru, it's going to be several min. because there were others in front of me inside....i switched to Truist, BB&T at the time, due it being a convenient location in Lewsiville. Why keep this branch open, if you can't staff it adequately? It's always slow and understaffed. I'll do my banking elsewhere and online.

I came into the bank to do a withdrawal and I asked Tomas to give me a bank card. Tomas replied with, "being that my line is long and I'm the only person working at this location currently. He said if you don't mind asking the Branch manager to do it. I said fine no problem. I stepped to the Manager door and asked him if there was a ledger to sign in on, he replied with" I'll be with you right away, I'm closing out of this" I took a seat in the lobby, as soon as I took the seat a man came in and started talking about an issue he was having with his car loan payment. The manager had him come in his office and take a seat and he begun to assist him, never asking for a moment did I mind, or he'll be with me, nothing. It was rude, lack of leadership skills, no customer service skills, disrespectful and totally unprofessional. and waited. Needless to say, I will never ask of anything of him. I will take care of my transactions, which is going to be short lived. I refuse to have my money in a place that they treat you like crap. He didn't give the same answer/response he gave me. Things that's obvious need not be explained
