Found out 3 weeks later, after countless attempts, conflicting answers from the bank, and after being lied to...and our credit rating is going to take a hit because of this! We can live with a honest mistake but not with the lies...

We went in to do a transaction this week and are very disappointed with the customer service that we had. We are giving a 2 star review just because Rebekah was nice and understanding. Honestly if it wasn't for her helping us then I would have probably pulled all of my money from my accounts and bank else where. The poor customer service came from Michelle. She was very unsympathetic about the situation and yelling from across the room "oh that's probably fake" or "oh yeah that's fake". Stating it was likely a fraud check attempt. It was very embarrassing because there were probably at least 8 other customers in the bank at that time. She was making false accusations and assumption that I was doing something wrong. When in fact it was LEGIT. Someone in her position shouldn't be making a bias statement without knowing the full situation. If she had concerns with my transaction, she should have done it in a private manner. This is not how you conduct business. We have heard other horror stories from friends about Michelle and we will be calling corporate as well to make a report.
