ATM shorted me $20.00 because of a faulty ATM. I went inside to notify and got bad attitude from rep I talked with,Mr. Aguliare, basically stated I will find out what they deicided in a day or so. Even though ATM was malfunctioning the Branch Mgr. as well as Mr. Aguliar, snichered when I ask if they were going to shut the ATM for malfunctioning. So any other customers use the ATM AT YOUR OWN RISK.Staff never even stated "we are sorry".

Applied for a home improvement loan of $50k and got denied after being preapproved with a credit score of 725, plus I had property (5.25 acres with a house on it) as collateral, and I feel like I was denied because I called corporate and wanted answers because the lady that was handling my loan went on vacation when she was supposed to give me a answer on whether or not I was approved for the loan after 10 weeks of jumping through hoops.
