The absolute worst customer service! We waited 35 minutes for the bank manager who was well aware that we were there. She was on the phone. We needed a Medallion Guarantee Stamp. We had all the information but she refused to accept the information that had been filed with the Clerk of Court. I have gotten this stamp at other branches and never had this issue. By the way, my parents have been customers of Truist for many years and have a substantial amount of money in that bank. Judy Carol is a poor example of a manager and what customer service should look like.
Follow up: we called to schedule appointment and never heard back so we went to the bank. She said she was too busy to help us. We asked were you too busy to return a phone call? She just kept running behind closed doors to avoid answering questions. This is a very poor example of a mature and responsible manager.

Never ever had any problems with this branch. I stopped by today to withdraw money and on a whim I went into Lacey Starnes office to ask a question about my Money Market account. I was very impressed with this young lady, she is very knowledgeable about banking products and services. She effectively communicated what I wanted to know. She was super nice, super patient and a pleasure to talk to.
Also, the Tellers have always been nice and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going to this location.
