Never ever had any problems with this branch. I stopped by today to withdraw money and on a whim I went into Lacey Starnes office to ask a question about my Money Market account. I was very impressed with this young lady, she is very knowledgeable about banking products and services. She effectively communicated what I wanted to know. She was super nice, super patient and a pleasure to talk to. Also, the Tellers have always been nice and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to going to this location.

Much better than the other truist branch and they allowed my 14 year old to open a savings account and deposit his checks unlike the other branch

I have been banking with Truist for years. There have been small issues here and there but yesterday will be there reason that I close my accounts with Truist. Every Friday, I do the same exact thing, so much so, that as soon as they see me, they know what I want. Cash the check...I need "X" amount of cash back.... deposit the remainder into my checking account AS CASH so that it's available immediately. Well, after having to be told twice, that's not what she did. She deposited the check and gave me "X" amount of cash. I proceeded to go home and attempted to pay bills on my way home. They informed me that I didn't have enough money in my account. I checked my Truist app and sure enough, no money. I tried to call the branch 3 times in a row with no answer. I drove all the way back to the branch and they informed me that they only have 15 minutes to fix an error. I read other nasty reviews about the manager and she treated me no differently. She told me that she doesn't even have to cash my check, that they do it as a courtesy. It's a Truist check being redeemed at a Truist branch... what do you mean you don't have to cash it. Their mistake cost me almost 70 dollars in late fees and I only recieved a sarcastic apology. I will be closing all of my accounts there, next week. I hate this branch and the people in it.

I try not to use this branch but getting over to Brunswick Forrest (where they are friendly and listen to you) was not convenient for me. I thought if I went inside, as opposed to the drive through, I would get the denominations of bills that I needed. I cashed 2 checks totaling $503. I told her I did not want any 100’s. I asked for 4- 50’s, and the rest in 20’s, 10’s, and 5’s. In the processes of responding to a drive through customer, she must have forgotten my request. She gave me a sealed envelope with all 20’s. Money is no longer counted in front of you. When I checked it, while still in the lobby, it was too late to go back, the line was 5 people long. If she at least told me she didn’t have those denominations I would have been fine.
