    This bank is the most organized and well run business in banking. We switched to TD Bank 4 months ago after being with Truist Bank for 18 years! It's not easy to "fire" your long time bank, but we were so frustrated and tired of how under-staffed and busy the Brunswick Forest branch has become. Always long lines inside & also at the drive-thru no matter what time you're there. TD was like a breath of fresh air. Each Teller can & does handle ALL of your transactions at once. No need to wait or even set up appointments to meet with the branch manager or branch assistant. These folks at TD can handle it all! No lines, just fast professional, efficient service every time. Folks here are so friendly and truly want to help. I like that we get to see the same faces each time we're in, not like at Truist. My only regret is that we wait so long to make the switch.

    I had a great experience at this branch, shoutout to Tianna for being extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've gone to other branches for this same issue and they would take up hours without resolving anything. When I called this branch they were able to resolve it within minutes. Other TD branches should take a note from here!

    Every bank needs to take note’s from TD Bank here in Leland! When you call you get a banker at the location. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.
