This branch in particular is our favorite. All the staff has been good to us and Martha Jackson the manager is just an absolute pleasure and sunshine to deal with. Thank you guys so much. Its so hard to find a good place to bank with amazing customer service. I wish more people thought to leave good reviews instead of bad. A+

We had a bank account that was unexpectedly closed without reason and she spoke to us as if we were beneath her. I can understand if there’s nothing she can do, but that doesn’t constitute treating someone with disrespect, especially if they are a customer. We will most definitely be banking elsewhere. Do not bank at SouthState!

As of the pass two to three weeks I had just gotten a new job two weeks ago and gotten payed just recently. I had logged in to my account just to find that my ccount is no longer linked to the online site or on the mobile app. I have been trying to relink my account but it fails to connect and it is on the banks side. I have been at it for thrre full days now. There has always been an issue with the connections with the banks online site and on the app. And I'm getting sick of it and highly concidering in changing banks.
