- HMHulon MSep 8, 20251.0The reason for the one star has nothing to do with the customer service from the employees at this location. As a matter of fact, I have always received good service from them (Especially Danielle Leiser! She is amazing with her service, professionalism, & energy). However, sadly, she is clearly overworked & underpaid for the work I see her do. There is no reason for a person to have to run the drive thru & then hurry to the front to run the counter as well! (Which is what she has done more than once) and that is sad! Wells Fargo, you should be ashamed to overwork your employees in such fashion. Surely you should be better staffed to avoid such. There should always be someone to cover the drive thru and there should always be at least 2 people to cover the front line. However, when I went there today, there was only 1 lady at the front line (with 7 people waiting literally) and Danielle (who was doing drive thru had to work both drive thru & run to the front to work that also. That is not right & its not fair! This needs to be fixed asap!

- RDRobert DeckerJul 25, 20175.0Not even from here, don't know anyone and this branch was the second best I've ever been to. Was very respected and accommodated and my issue was resolved promptly. Y'all must be some rude people in the community, I've been banking with Wells for over 10 yrs and if you read your contract, it states that there are fees such as $10 taken for lack of direct deposit <$500 month, lack of sustaining $1500 in account, or less that 10 card swipes that doesn't include ATM withdraws a month. Read before you sign and whine and balance your account, Banks don't do that, it's your responsibility regardless of whether you use a check book or not. DUH!
