- DWD whit3 days ago1.0The new branch manager definitely doesn't know what he's doing. Thank God for the lady in there doing our cds. She's wonderful ! Why he's there I don't know. She should be branch manager. He offered 0.01 on my cd . He's definitely lost . Shame on you truist for hiring an incompetent man. I almost closed out all my accounts.

I have no idea why you closed down the other branch that had GREAT customer service tellers. I went out of my way to use that branch or drove to Rockingham because of these disrespectful bank employees that have numerous complaints and are still working. Your losing the customers that have been here 10+ years because of this. I am not the only one. Why do you think they have 2 ATMs. Customers would rather deal with a robot than your bank tellers. -Sincerely a loyal customer for the not so foreseeable future.
