Tellers spend most of their time looking down, waiting for some of else to call the next waiting account holder. This is something that should never be acceptable even at McDonald's. 4 stars only because the office staff are extremely helpful

I went inside the branch, and the teller was rude, and could have cared less to help me locate my check the ATM ate. Two days later nobody has followed up with me in reguards to my check/deposit. Zero customer service at this branch! The number they provided me with is ATM operations and when I call I’m placed on hold for 30 minutes, and when I tried to leave a message, it says “mailbox full.”
