- FTFrancisco TorresJul 22, 20252.0I personally have an issue with state employees credit union after they slashed interest rates on all deposit accounts due to COVID. But didnt raised their rates even after the economy started to pick back up. But my real issue is the lack of customer service at this location. A few bad apples at the location indeed. Not all but some. There are a few tellers there that don't even greet you when you walk up and I've witness them do the same with other customers as well. I went today and the lady at the counter showed zero customer service skills. She seemed like I was bothering her.

Everytime I interact with anyone from this branch be it via drive through or over the phone it's always unpleasant.There are always long wait times, petty staff members, and high levels of unprofessionalism. This is the only SECU branch that I have had these issues with customer service. Do not go here!
