- DTDavid ThisguyMar 7, 20241.0I have a car payment through truest that was originally with SunTrust. I went to the branch in Kinston to make a payment on my way out of town, pulled up to the drive-thru and the teller greeted me with "What do you want?" I ignored The unprofessional and impolite nature of the transaction, everyone has a bad day, but then she proceeded to tell me that I was not able to pay without coming inside. I have paid at other branches multiple times and have been able to use the drive-thru. I go inside every now and then but it has never been stated as a requirement. Avoid doing business with this branch of truest if possible, or take your business elsewhere.
